Pain Management Center of Houston serves patients with the following painful conditions: back, neck and extremity pain, failed back surgery syndrome, postsurgical pain, whiplash, cancer pain, myofascial pain, neuropathies and nerve injuries, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, vertebral compression fractures and chronic and acute pain. This Houston practice offers the following advanced interventional services: diagnostic nerve blocks, neurodestructive techniques, spinal facet joint and disc injections, diagnostic discograms, indwelling and perioperative epidural catheters, sympathetic nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulators, intrathecal narcotic pumps and vertebroplasty. Dr. Moore also offers a variety of consulting services: evaluation of severe and chronic illnesses, medication management, psychological evaluations and treatment, rehab services, including pool therapy, manual and active therapies, perioperative rehabilitation, lectures for healthcare providers, mentoring programs for physicians and consultative services for pain management.
